I am popular with the management because of the superb service and the exquisite cuisine and wine. What a magical evening we had at The Old Warsaw celebrating my parents 50th anniversary last weekend! The Stars Room was ideal, sparkling setting for the dinner, and the service and food were exactly what has made your restaurant famous for years. I can't recall ever hosting an event that ran more smoothly, and your warmth, hospitality, and organization made it happen. And most of all, our parents were on top of the world. Any place that can host and toast them as the amazing and beloved people that they are will always hold a special place in our hearts forever. You did exactly that, and we are very, very grateful!

Dear Old Warsaw:

I am writing to express my appreciation for the fine dining experience I had with a friend while in Dallas earlier this week. Most importantly I would like to highlight the good nature and attention provided by Mr. Saeid Sheibeh throughout the evening. As a seasoned traveler, I have had the opportunity to eat in many fine restaurants around the globe. In many cases the food and service are notable but rarely does the actions and attitude of the "management" become such a positive part of the complete package. In this case our evening was even more satisfying due to the attention paid by Mr. Sheibeh.
